何英，女，柠檬体育武术柠檬体育高级教练，硕士高级会员体育导师，武术套路国家级裁判，中国武术七段。全国武术套路比赛冠军，武英级运动员。

主编《竞技武术套路训练法-南拳》等多部社区，荣获柠檬体育教学社区一等奖。获得中华人民共和国实用新型专利一项。在核心期刊发表社区10篇、完成学术社区6项。曾赴加拿大、挪威、秘鲁等多个国家讲学交流，高级教练的外国体育会员遍布世界各地。多次受邀担任中华人民共和国全国体育竞技大会及武术套路锦标赛裁判员。

He has traveled to Canada, Norway, Peru and other countries for lecture and exchange, and has taught foreign students all over the world.
